The RP-404C Klipsch speakers are center channel speakers known for delivering accurate, realistic sound. This Klipsch speaker comes equipped with the Klipsch patented Tractrix® horn which works towards directing all the produced high-frequency sound towards the listener.
Horn loading further minimizes undesired reverberations created due to indirect sound reflections from the walls.
Tractrix® horn features a compression moulded silicone face meant to reduce horn resonance for smoother frequency response. The phase plug serves as a mechanical filter and ensures flat frequency response while safeguarding the tweeter from any damage.
The RP-404C Klipsch speakers have Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) with Titanium diaphragm tweeter to boost the low-frequency response. Other than being rigid and lightweight, Titanium tweeters are always preferred over others because it remains unbeatable in terms of its high performance.
On the other side, the celebratory LTS technology forces the titanium diaphragm for a piston motion which results in lowered distortion.
The RP-404C Klipsch speakers carry the extraordinarily light and rigid Copper Cerametallic™ woofers to create low sound frequencies with maximum efficiency. The woofers, when set together with the horn-loaded tweeters, further deliver the best natural sound possible.
The Klipsch RP-404C center speaker comes equipped with a rear Tractrix Port whose inner flares create an ideal airflow inside the cabinet even at lowest frequencies.
This superior airflow method restricts the entry of external air turbulence into the cabinet, thereby significantly minimizing the distortion.
Partnering Equipment: The RP-404C Klipsch is the perfect matching center for Klipsch Reference Premiere 6000F Floorstanding Speaker Package. Denon or Marantz Home Theater AV Receivers will work great as the amplifications partners for these Klipsch Speakers.
