The Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-5000F has the Klipsch’s signature LTS (Linear Travel Suspension) Titanium Diaphragm tweeters as its core for more detailed performance by reducing distortion. This further works towards natural reproduction of high-frequency sound by reducing standing waves known to produce unnecessary noise.
The LTS tweeters come with Klipsch’s trademark Tractrix horn of 90° x 90° Silicone Composite Hybrid. This feature refines speaker efficiency to produce sharp, crisp and natural sounds.
The phase plug, when paired with the compressed, moulded silicone face further improves the smoothness to deliver more pleasant audio reproduction.
The Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-5000F speakers have the Cerametallic woofers as the low-frequency driver. These woofers have extraordinary strength but yet are light in weight.
Through Tractrix geometry, the Klipsch Reference Premiere Ports allow for faster air transfer from the cabinet. Further to this, the Klipsch Tractrix ports come with uniquely built inner flares which restrict air turbulence from entering the port. Lesser the air turbulence, more profound and powerful is the bass.
The Klipsch RP-5000F shows compatibility with dual input terminals, thereby allowing for Bi-wiring / Bi-amping capacity. Bi-wiring differentiates low and high-frequency range and after that directs both into their speaker cables, limiting intermodulation distortion for clarity filled midrange audio.
Meanwhile, Bi-amping gives way for customizations through separate amplifiers.
